Refund & Cancellation Policy

At ConsultAI LLC, we strive to provide high-quality AI consulting and automation services to every client. Because each project is customized and involves significant time, expertise, and preparation, the following refund and cancellation terms apply.
1. Scope
This policy covers all services, consultations, and digital deliverables provided by ConsultAI LLC through www.globalconsultai.com or via direct engagement.
By purchasing or booking any of our services, you agree to this Refund & Cancellation Policy.
2. Custom and Non-Refundable Services
All AI automations, strategy sessions, and implementation services are custom-built to the client’s business needs. Once work begins, including research, mapping, or proposal creation — payments become non-refundable.
Refunds are not provided for:
- Completed or partially completed services
- Consultation sessions already conducted
- Design, testing, or AI agent setup work initiated
- Delays or results impacted by client-side data, access, or communication gaps
Our services are professional consulting engagements, not pre-built digital products, and thus are exempt from “right of withdrawal” policies applicable to standard consumer goods.
3. Cancellation Before Project Start
If a client wishes to cancel before work has officially started:
- A written request must be sent to miavujovic@globalconsultai.com
- If no resources or time have been allocated, a full refund may be issued
- If partial work or preparation has begun (e.g., discovery calls, documentation setup), a 50% cancellation fee applies
We reserve the right to verify project status before issuing any refund.
4. Rescheduling and Postponements
For strategy calls or consultations:
- You may reschedule up to 24 hours before the session without penalty
- No-shows or cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session are non-refundable
For project-based work, postponement requests are accepted if mutually agreed in writing.
5. Payment Disputes
If a chargeback or dispute is initiated through your payment provider, all ongoing work will be immediately paused until resolution. ConsultAI reserves the right to provide documentation of delivered services to the payment processor or platform as proof of fulfillment.
6. Partial Refunds (Exceptional Cases)
Partial refunds may be considered only under exceptional circumstances where:
- ConsultAI fails to initiate the project within the agreed timeframe, and
- The client has provided all required information, and
- No deliverables or design work have been completed
Such refunds are at the sole discretion of ConsultAI LLC management.
7. Subscription or Retainer Services
If you are on a monthly maintenance or optimization plan, you may cancel future billing at any time by notifying us via email.
Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle, no partial refunds are issued for mid-cycle cancellations.
8. Refund Processing
Approved refunds (where applicable) will be processed within 10–15 business days to the original payment method used. We do not process refunds via alternative accounts or payment systems for security reasons.
9. Policy Changes
ConsultAI may revise this Refund & Cancellation Policy periodically to reflect changes in services, payment processors, or client engagement practices. The latest version will always be published on www.globalconsultai.com with the “Last updated” date.
