Last updated 31 August 2026
This policy explains what personal data ConsultAI LLC collects through this website and in the course of its work, why we collect it, and what rights you have over it.
1. Controller
ConsultAI LLC, 30 N Gould St, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States, is the controller of the personal data described here. Contact: contact@globalconsultai.com.
When we process personal data inside a client's systems as part of an engagement, the client is the controller and we act as a processor. That relationship is governed by our Data Processing Addendum, not by this policy.
2. What we collect
Information you give us. If you use the contact form we collect your name, email address, company name and the message you write. If you email us, we collect whatever the message contains.
Information collected automatically. Our hosting provider records standard server logs: IP address, request time, page requested, referrer and user-agent. These are used to operate and secure the site.
What we do not collect. This website sets no cookies of its own, runs no advertising or analytics trackers, and does not build profiles of visitors. See our Cookie Policy.
3. Why we use it, and on what legal basis
- To answer your enquiry and discuss a possible engagement: because you asked us to, and because we have a legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries.
- To deliver and administer an engagement: performance of a contract.
- To keep the site secure and working legitimate interest in the integrity of our systems.
- To meet legal, tax and accounting obligations: legal obligation.
We do not use your data for automated decision-making that produces legal or similarly significant effects, and we do not sell or share personal data for cross-context behavioural advertising.
4. Who we share it with
We share personal data only with service providers who help us operate, and only as far as they need it: our website host, our email provider, and our accounting and payment providers. They act on our instructions and are bound by confidentiality.
We may disclose data where required by law, or to establish or defend legal claims.
5. International transfers
We are established in the United States. If you contact us from the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, your data is transferred to the United States. Where a transfer requires a safeguard, we rely on the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses together with supplementary measures, and we will supply a copy on request.
6. How long we keep it
- Contact-form and email enquiries that do not lead to an engagement: up to 24 months, then deleted.
- Engagement records: for the life of the engagement and for 7 years afterwards, to meet contractual, tax and limitation-period requirements.
- Server logs: up to 90 days.
7. Your rights
Depending on where you live you may have the right to access your data, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to its processing, receive it in a portable format, and withdraw consent where consent is the basis. If you are in California you may also request disclosure of the categories of data collected and their purposes, and you may not be discriminated against for exercising your rights.
To exercise any of these, email contact@globalconsultai.com. We will respond within 30 days. You may also complain to your local supervisory authority.
8. Security
We apply access control, encryption in transit, environment separation and least-privilege access to the systems that hold personal data. Our Security Statement describes this in more detail. No system is perfectly secure, and we do not claim otherwise.
9. Children
This site and our services are for businesses. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 16. If you believe we have, write to us and we will delete it.
10. Changes
We will update this page when our practices change and will change the date at the top. Material changes affecting existing clients will be notified directly.
